1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LuEdge ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") at luedge.xyz or app.luedge.xyz, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

LuEdge provides a SaaS platform that allows users to deploy, configure, and monitor automated trading bots connected to MetaTrader 5 (MT5) broker accounts. The Platform does not provide brokerage services, hold user funds, or execute trades independently of the user's connected broker account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts if we determine eligibility requirements are not met.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@luedge.xyz of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative trading activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Platform without our written consent
• Use automated scripts to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform

7. Broker Integration

You are solely responsible for the trading account connected to the Platform, including ensuring compliance with your broker's terms of service. LuEdge is not responsible for any actions taken by your broker including account suspension, margin calls, or trade rejections. You grant LuEdge permission to access your MT5 account solely for the purpose of executing the bot strategies you configure.

8. Trading Risk

You acknowledge the significant financial risks associated with automated trading as described in our Risk Disclaimer. The Platform does not guarantee profitability. You accept that losses may exceed your initial capital, particularly when trading leveraged instruments.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, strategies, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of LuEdge or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal trading purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or that bots will execute as expected under all market conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuEdge and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LuEdge and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. You may cancel your account at any time from within the Platform. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately, though provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

14. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email where reasonably practicable.
